I can offer you all of my race specific knowledge – nutrition, mental strategies, training strategies, life balancing strategies – everything that I have learned from 20 years of racing and 33 Ironman events.
I have experienced every possible situation in racing and training throughout my career – nutritional, mental and physical. I initially balanced racing as a professional athlete with my full-time teaching career and so I know what it means to have a very full life. I will provide you with a completely personalized program specific to your life and revolving around your life – if you have a ‘life situation’ that comes up, it is my job (and pleasure) to make the necessary changes to make your training program work for you. I will help you chose your races, discuss race visualization – basically whatever you need that will make you successful. We will chat on the phone as needed usually by appointment since that is easiest. Our main method of communication being email since it is generally easier. You can email me every day or whenever you please. If you were racing at an event that I am attending, we would definitely meet up and chat before the event. If I am not going to be there, then we would connect by phone in the weeks leading up to the event so that you are 100% comfortable with your upcoming race. So I like to think that I am personal coach, a life coach, a balance coach, etc.
