Eleven-time Ironman Champion, Lisa Bentley would like to invite you to the 2008 Muskoka 70.3 Subaru Success Camp on the Muskoka 70.3 course – June 27^th to June 29^th – at Deerhurst Resort.

This camp will be ideal preparation for anyone preparing to race Muskoka 70.3.  The timing will allow you to put into practice the mental and technical skills gained during this hands-on training weekend.  You will also learn Ironman training and racing strategies which you can apply to your upcoming Ironman Lake Placid or Subaru Ironman Canada.  Lisa’s on course mental, tactical and nutritional expertise will be shared and then practiced during the hands-on portion of the camp by swimming, biking and running on the course!  

As the official camp of the Muskoka 70.3, athletes who register for the camp can then gain entry into this sold out race!

Join eleven-time Ironman champion, Lisa Bentley, Dave Cracknell, coach and triathlon pioneer, and their staff for a successful Muskoka 70.3 training experience.

Friday, June 27 - Arrival Day
Late Afternoon	Arrival at Deerhurst Resort.
7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.	Registration at Deerhurst
8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m	Mental, tactical and nutritional preparation for Saturday's bike ride. Motivational talk. Question and Answer.

Saturday, June 28 - Bike the course.  Run off the bike. Technical Swim day.  Motivational Talk.
6:30 a.m.	Drop off transition bag; first group begins riding the course.
7 a.m.	Drop off transition bag; second group begins riding the course.
6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.	Fully supported bike ride on the course powered by PowerBar.
9:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m.	Transition to 30 min run off the bike, on the course; question and answer with Lisa and Dave; re-fuelling courtesy of PowerBar.
2 p.m. - 4 p.m.	Open water swim on the course: swimming technical feedback; open water swimming tips
6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.	Dinner as a group
7:30 p.m.	Motivational talk - preparing for Muskoka 70.3, Ironman and any goal event
Sunday, June 29 - Run on the course.  Swim on the course.
7 a.m. - 9 am	Fully supported one to two hour run on the course.  The first 30 minutes will be technical running drills and suggestions.
9 a.m. - 10 p.m.	General question and answer with Lisa and Dave
10 a.m. - 11 a.m.	Open water swim on the course practicing yesterday's drills
11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.	Brunch at Deerhurst
1 p.m. - 2 p.m.	Question and Answer. Goodbyes!!

Your Success Camp package includes:
